Brief
Design and build project, working in conjunction with the NHS Trust Architectural Engineers.
Work carried Out
• Complete stripout of existing equipment, new sub mains installed from the buildings.
• Main intake area to supply new sub-metered 3 phase distribution boards.
• Design and installation of complete new lighting using the latest LED technology in conjunction with the appropriate energy efficiency controls.

Appraisals received from both client and architectural engineers.
