St Anne’s Convent - Lansdowne Road, HoveHigh Spec Conversion and Refurbishment Brief Design and build project, working in conjunction with the client and architect to provide a safe environment for the buildings occupants. This project was a 2 stage development. Phase one being 7 flats, the associated offices and sleeping area for the homes staff. The second phase being a standalone building with 4 flats. |
Work carried Out • Complete stripout of existing equipment. New phase 3 mains equipment. • Installed new general power, data, fire alarm, access control, warden call and CCTV. • Design and installation of a complete new lighting system, using the latest LED technology. In conjunction with the appropriate energy efficient controls. |
